Implement the authentication flow using access tokens and refresh tokens.

• When the access token expires, use the refresh token to obtain a new access token.
• Retry the failed API request with the newly generated access token.
• If the refresh-token API returns HTTP 401, consider the refresh token invalid/expired.
• Clear the stored access token and refresh token.
• Log the user out.
• Redirect the user to the login screen.
• Ensure multiple simultaneous API failures do not trigger multiple refresh-token requests or duplicate logout actions.
