openRefresh Token and Access Token

Description
Implement the authentication flow using access tokens and refresh tokens.
- When the access token expires, use the refresh token to obtain a new access token.
- Retry the failed API request with the newly generated access token.
- If the refresh-token API returns HTTP 401, consider the refresh token invalid/expired.
- Clear the stored access token and refresh token.
- Log the user out.
- Redirect the user to the login screen.
- Ensure multiple simultaneous API failures do not trigger multiple refresh-token requests or duplicate logout actions.
