* Add a Special Instructions / Note field for each order item. * Allow users to enter item-specific preparation requests, such as: * No onion * Less spicy * Extra sauce * Well done * No garlic * The special instruction should be associated with the specific item instance. * If the same item is added multiple times, each item instance should support a different note. * Display the special instructions in the KOT/Kitchen Display so the chef can follow them during preparation. * Display the special instructions in Order Details where applicable. * Support adding, editing, and removing special instructions while editing an order. * Ensure item-level notes are retained correctly throughout the order lifecycle. **Example** Pizza × 1 — ₹299 Note: "Less spicy, no onion" Burger × 1 — ₹199 Note: "Extra sauce, no onion" **KOT** The KOT should display the special instruction directly under the respective item so the kitchen staff can clearly identify the required preparation instructions.
