Allow patients Add functionality to reject a consulted provider and ensure rejected providers do not appear in future appointment slot listings. Acceptance Criteria: * Patient can click allow the Reject icon on patient to mark a consulted provider card. as Favorite. * A confirmation popup appears before rejecting. * Once confirmed, Update UI instantly and store the provider is marked as Rejected. * Rejected provider no longer appears status in future appointment slot availability. * Rejected state is saved the database through API and persists on refresh. * UI updates immediately to reflect the provider's rejection.
