Description
Allow patients to reject a consulted provider and ensure rejected providers do not appear in future appointment slot listings.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Patient can click the Reject icon on a consulted provider card.
- A confirmation popup appears before rejecting.
- Once confirmed, the provider is marked as Rejected.
- Rejected provider no longer appears in future appointment slot availability.
- Rejected state is saved through API and persists on refresh.
- UI updates immediately to reflect the provider's rejection.

QA test cases:
- Verify patient can click the Reject icon on a consulted provider card.
- Verify confirmation popup appears before rejecting the provider.
- Verify provider status is marked as “Rejected” after confirmation.
- Verify rejected provider no longer appears in future appointment slot listings.
- Verify rejected provider is excluded from available slots immediately after rejection.
- Verify rejected state is saved via API and persists after page refresh or re-login.
- Verify UI updates instantly to reflect the provider’s rejected status.
