**Description:** The profile image section is displayed on the Appointment Detail page and should be removed. **Steps to Reproduce:** Log in to the application. Navigate to the Appointment list. Open any appointment to view the Appointment Detail page. **Expected Result:** The Appointment Detail page should not display the profile image section. **Actual Result:** The profile section is visible on the Appointment Detail page.
