Description:
The profile image section is displayed on the Appointment Detail page and should be removed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log in to the application.

Navigate to the Appointment list.

Open any appointment to view the Appointment Detail page.

Expected Result:
The Appointment Detail page should not display the profile image section.

Actual Result:
The profile section is visible on the Appointment Detail page.
