Description:
When a Fixed Bundle Promotion is applied, the bill UI displays the discount separately under each item included in the combo. The discount should instead be shown only once at the combo level as a combined discount, making the receipt clearer and easier for customers to understand.

Expected Result:
A single combined discount entry should be displayed for the entire bundle/combo.

Actual Result:
The discount is split and displayed individually for each item in the bundle.
