Description
Availability by day and availability is not working as expected. Even after selecting specific days, it is still displaying availability on unselected days on the Windows side.

Item's availability is showing undetermined for the first time on Ui but still showing that item in window side.

Added a new Available value to the MenuItemAvailabilityType enum and updated both frontend and backend availability handling to support it. Implemented soft-delete logic for availability records when an item is marked as Available. Also fixed the Portal-to-Desktop synchronization issue where items changed from Undetermined to Available were still appearing incorrectly in the window-side UI.
