Description

When editing a record, the list is visible but the edit/view buttons are not displayed.

Additionally, if a record is already in edit mode or a value is being added, there should be a prompt asking the user to either Save or Discard the current changes first. Only after that should the user be allowed to open and edit another record, ensuring the previous changes are not lost.
