Implement functionality to allow providers to view appointment history for a selected patient from the My Patients page.

When the provider clicks on the Appointments button for a patient in the patient list, the system should open the Provider–Patient Appointment History page displaying all past and upcoming appointments for that patient.

Additionally, when the provider clicks View Detail for a specific appointment, the system should display complete appointment details, including peptides assigned, prescription notes, and the AI-generated summary.
