User Story :
As a patient, I want to view my complete lab order history so that I can track all previous test orders and results.

Acceptance Criteria :

• Display a list of all past lab orders sorted by date (most recent first).
• Each record should include:
  Lab Name
  Order Date
  Status (Pending, Confirmed, Completed)
• Allow filtering by lab name, test type, or date range.
• Clicking an order should show test details and links to reports.

Notes for QA :

• Check sorting order (most recent first).
• Test filtering options.
• Verify navigation to detailed order view.
