User Story:
As a patient, I want to view and download my lab test results so that I can review them or share them with my doctor.

Acceptance Criteria :

• Once lab uploads results, system updates order status to ‘Results Available’.

• Patient receives email/SMS notification.
  Results can be :

• Viewed in-app (PDF preview).

• Downloaded as PDF.

• All test results are stored securely in the patient’s record.

Notes for QA :

• Upload a mock result file and verify display/download functionality.
• Check status change from Confirmed → Results Available.
• Confirm data security (URL access, permissions).
