User Story :
As a patient, I want my order to be billed automatically by the internal system after the lab confirms it so that I don’t have to make manual payments.

Acceptance Criteria :

When the lab confirms the order, the internal system automatically :

• Generates an invoice.
• Charges the patient (internal payment process).
• Sends a billing confirmation email/SMS.
• No payment is made directly to the lab.
• Billing records are linked to the patient’s order and accessible in billing history.

Notes for QA :

• Confirm invoice is generated on lab confirmation event.
• Verify charge applied correctly in system logs.
• Check that billing notification appears in-app/email.
