Description
Reframe membership-related terminology and content to improve clarity, consistency, and alignment with current business messaging. This includes renaming Service Packs, updating Membership Level descriptions, and standardising pricing language.
Requirements
- Terminology Update
Change all instances of “Service Packs” to “Membership Levels” across the application, including UI labels, tooltips, and related content.

Membership Level Definitions
Foundations Level
- Description: One total optimisation laboratory panel plus one personalised health strategy session with our providers.
- Access: Access to peptide stacks and weight management programs.
- Costing: Remove any specific dollar amounts from the main description and replace them with:
- “Additional charges may apply for other labs and follow-ups.”
Performance Level
- Description: A total of two optimisation panels and two healthcare strategy sessions per year.
- Member Perks: 20% off peptide stacks, weight management programs, additional labs, and additional follow-up visits.
Acceptance Criteria
- All references to Service Packs are replaced with Membership Levels.
- Foundations and Performance level content matches the approved descriptions exactly.
- No specific pricing amounts appear in primary Membership Level descriptions.
- The pricing disclaimer is displayed consistently where applicable.
- Updated content displays correctly across supported devices and screen sizes.
