User Story :
As a patient, I want to cancel my subscription so that I can stop future payments and access to paid services.

Acceptance Criteria :

• Allow cancellation from the My Subscription page with a clear confirmation step.
• Ask for an optional reason for cancellation (optional field).
• On confirmation, update subscription status to Cancelled and stop future autopay/renewals.
• Services remain available until the end of the current billing cycle (unless specified otherwise).
• Provide confirmation message and update subscription view to show cancelled status and end date.

Notes for QA :

• Cancel an active subscription and verify status changes to Cancelled.
• Confirm autopay is disabled after cancellation.
• Verify service remains active until billing period end.
• Check cancellation reason (if provided) is recorded.
