Description

User Story:
As a patient, I want to receive email and in-app notifications when my subscription starts and before it expires so that I’m aware of my plan status.

Acceptance Criteria :

  • Send an in-app notification when a subscription becomes active (contains plan name, start and end dates).
  • Send expiry reminders at configurable intervals (minimum: 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiry).
  • When a subscription expires, send an in-app notification that it is expired and provide CTAs to renew or view plans.
  • Notifications must reference the correct plan and dates and be visible in user’s notification center.

Notes for QA :

  • Verify start notification after subscription activation.
  • Validate expiry reminders appear at the configured intervals (simulate dates/times when needed).
