Description:
Audit logs are displaying Admin details with the status shown as None, whereas admin logs should not be displayed in the audit logs.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log in to the application.

Navigate to the Audit Logs section.

Observe the log entries with Admin details and status None.

Expected Result:
Audit logs should not display Admin log entries, and entries with status None should not appear.

Actual Result:
Admin details are displayed in the audit logs with status set to None.
