Description:
After applying a filter and navigating to a particular employee from the results, returning to the list clears the applied filter, but the filtered results are still displayed.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in to the application.
Navigate to the relevant list page.
Apply a filter.
Select and navigate to a particular employee from the filtered results.
Navigate back to the list page.
Expected Result:
The applied filter should remain visible and consistent with the displayed results, or both the filter and results should reset together.
Actual Result:
The applied filter disappears, but the previously filtered results are still visible.
