User Story :
As a patient, I want to renew or switch to another subscription plan so that I can continue or upgrade my services.

Acceptance Criteria :

• On the My Subscription page, user can choose Renew (if near expiry) or Change Plan.
• Change Plan flow allows selection of a new plan, shows pro-rated information (if applicable), and asks for confirmation.

On confirmation :

• Current plan ends (at the defined time) and new plan becomes active per business rules.
• System records plan change event in subscription history.
• For renewal, user can confirm renewal and initiate payment (if required).
• After successful renewal/plan change, show confirmation and update subscription details.

Notes for QA :

• Test renewal before expiry and ensure dates update correctly.
• Test change plan and ensure previous plan ends and new one is activated per rules.
• Verify subscription history logs the changes.
