Confirm Appointment > The required Title field does not display an asterisk (*) to indicate it is mandatory.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open the relevant form in the application.
Observe the Title field label.
Expected Result:
An asterisk (*) should be displayed next to the Title label to indicate it is a required field.
Actual Result:
No asterisk (*) is shown next to the Title label, even though the field is required.
