Description:
After adding an endorsement, the Endorsement Details list does not refresh automatically and requires a manual page refresh.

Steps to Reproduce:

Add a new endorsement

Navigate to Endorsement Details

Observe the list

Expected Result:
The newly added endorsement should appear immediately in the list.

Actual Result:
The list is not updated until the page is manually refreshed.
