Description:
After completing a disbursement payment and navigating to Manage Disbursement, no records are shown when the status filter is set to All, but the records appear after re-searching with the same filter.

Steps to Reproduce:

Complete a disbursement payment

Navigate to Manage Disbursement

Keep the disbursement status filter as All

Observe the list

Click Search again without changing filters

Expected Result:
Disbursement records should be displayed immediately after navigation.

Actual Result:
No records are shown initially; records appear only after searching again.
