After confirming and saving a loan successfully, an error message is still displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a new loan

Confirm loan details

Click Save

Expected Result:
Success message should be displayed and loan should be created without errors.

Actual Result:
Loan is created but an error message is still shown.
