Description:
After an error occurs during save, the page remains in an error/loading state and requires a manual refresh.

Steps to Reproduce:

Perform any create/update action

Trigger an error

Observe Save button state

Expected Result:
User should be able to correct the error and resubmit without refreshing.

Actual Result:
Save button remains stuck; page refresh is required.
