Description:
After an error occurs while adding a new user, the loader continues to display indefinitely.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to Add New User

Enter invalid or incomplete details

Click Save

Expected Result:
Loader should stop and error message should be shown clearly.

Actual Result:
Error is shown but loader keeps spinning.
