Description:
While adding a broker from the admin panel, the save process takes unusually long without clear feedback.

Steps to Reproduce:

Login as Admin

Navigate to Manage Brokers

Click on Add Broker

Fill in all required details

Click Save

Expected Result:
Broker should be added quickly with a success message.

Actual Result:
Saving takes excessive time, causing confusion for the user.

While adding a broker, the application crashes if the branch code is not provided. If this field is mandatory, it should display a validation error with a red border instead of crashing.
