Description:
After logging out, when navigating to the login page, the favicon text still displays “Logout” instead of updating to the correct state.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log in to the application.

Log out successfully.

Navigate to or refresh the login page.

Expected Result:
The favicon text should update to reflect the login page state.

Actual Result:
The favicon text continues to display “Logout” even after the user has logged out.
