Comments entered by both the Leader and the Employee are not visible in the application.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in as a Leader or Employee.
Add comments in the respective comments section.
Save the form and revisit the page.
Expected Result:
Comments added by both the Leader and the Employee should be visible to authorized users.
Actual Result:
Comments from both the Leader and the Employee are not displayed.
