Description

Multiple patients are able to book the same appointment slot.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log in as Patient A and book an available appointment slot.

Log out and log in as Patient B.

Book the same appointment slot already booked by Patient A.

Expected Result:
Once a slot is booked by one patient, it should become unavailable and not be bookable by other patients.

Actual Result:
The same appointment slot can be booked by multiple patients.
