Description
When clicking on Reschedule Appointment, the system does not display the already scheduled slot.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in to the application.
Navigate to the appointment details page.
Click on Reschedule Appointment.
Expected Result:
The already scheduled appointment slot (date and time) should be displayed to the user.
Actual Result:
The system shows the current date instead of the already scheduled appointment slot.
