• Verify Provider can filter patients by All, Active, and Inactive status.
• Verify selecting a patient from the list displays correct Patient Details (name, email, phone, last visit, appointment count).
• Verify patient status (Active/Inactive) is displayed consistently in list and details panel.
• Verify Upcoming Visits and Total Consultations counts match patient appointment data.
• Verify patient details update correctly when a different patient is selected.
