QA test cases:
- Verify provider receives an in-app notification when a new appointment is scheduled with them.
- Verify provider receives an in-app notification when an appointment is rejected.
- Verify provider receives an in-app notification when an appointment is rescheduled.
- Verify notifications are triggered automatically based on appointment status changes.
- Verify each notification displays correct appointment reference/ID, patient name, date & time, and event type.
- Verify notifications are visible only to the concerned provider and not to other providers or roles.
- Verify notifications appear in the provider notification panel/dashboard.
- Verify new notifications are marked as unread by default.
- Verify notification read/unread status updates correctly when viewed.
