PDP / Forms with Add Another / Add More functionality

Problem Statement¶

Currently, when a user clicks “Add Another Task”:

• Only the last added record is saved
• Previously added tasks are lost
• This happens because the data is not persisted in the DB at the time of clicking “Add Another”

Proposed Solution¶

When the user clicks “Add Another Task”:

• Immediately save the current task data to the database

If this approach works successfully:

Apply the same logic to ALL screens where “Add More” / “Add Another” functionality exists
