Requirement Summary¶

Provide an option to export a filled PDP as a Word (.docx) file with all employee-entered data populated and properly formatted.

User Flow¶

1. Navigate to Review Employee PDPs

2. For a selected employee PDP, display a button:
   “Download PDP”

3. On click:

   • System generates a Word document
   • PDP data from all 5 tabs is filled
   • File is downloaded automatically to the user’s system

Button Details¶

• Label: Download PDP

• Visibility:

  • Visible only on Review PDP screen
  • Enabled when PDP exists

Data Scope¶

• Export all 5 PDP tabs
• Maintain the same order as UI tabs
• Only filled data should appear (no empty placeholders)
