Implement the Manage Lookup Values screen to allow administrators to view, add, and edit lookup values for a selected lookup type. This screen is accessed by clicking View from the Manage Lookup Codes page.

Functional Requirements¶

1. Manage Values Listing¶

• Display a table with the following columns:

  • Name
  • Display Order (sortable)
  • Status (Active / Inactive)
  • Actions

• Default sorting should be by Display Order (ascending).

• Support pagination.

2. Add Lookup Value¶

• Provide an Add button at the top of the page.
• Clicking Add opens a modal dialog.

Add Modal Fields¶

• Save button:

  • Validates required fields
  • Saves the lookup value
  • Refreshes the listing

• Close button:

  • Closes modal without saving

3. Edit Lookup Value¶

• Each row must have an Edit (pencil) icon under Actions.

• Clicking Edit opens the same modal pre-populated with selected value data.

• User can update:

  • Value
  • Display Order
  • Active status

• On save:

  • Changes are persisted
  • List refreshes

4. Status Display¶

• Active values shown with a green Active badge.
• Inactive values shown with an Inactive indicator.

5. Navigation¶

• Page breadcrumb:

  Administrator > Manage Nexus Lookups > Manage Values
  

• Page should load values based on the selected lookup code.
