Description
Implement the Manage Lookup Values screen to allow administrators to view, add, and edit lookup values for a selected lookup type. This screen is accessed by clicking View from the Manage Lookup Codes page.
Functional Requirements¶
1. Manage Values Listing¶

Display a table with the following columns:
- Name
- Display Order (sortable)
- Status (Active / Inactive)
- Actions

Default sorting should be by Display Order (ascending).

Support pagination.
2. Add Lookup Value¶
- Provide an Add button at the top of the page.
- Clicking Add opens a modal dialog.
Add Modal Fields¶

Save button:
- Validates required fields
- Saves the lookup value
- Refreshes the listing

Close button:
- Closes modal without saving
3. Edit Lookup Value¶

Each row must have an Edit (pencil) icon under Actions.

Clicking Edit opens the same modal pre-populated with selected value data.

User can update:
- Value
- Display Order
- Active status

On save:
- Changes are persisted
- List refreshes
4. Status Display¶
- Active values shown with a green Active badge.
- Inactive values shown with an Inactive indicator.
5. Navigation¶

Page breadcrumb:
Administrator > Manage Nexus Lookups > Manage Values -
Page should load values based on the selected lookup code.
