If a user does not have the Deliver Order permission, the Orders module should not be visible or accessible to that user.

Requirements

• Check the user's Deliver Order permission.
• If the permission is disabled, hide the Orders module from the user's navigation/menu.
• The user should not be able to access the Orders module through direct navigation or URL.
• If the permission is enabled, the Orders module should remain visible and accessible as per the user's assigned permissions.
