Description
Implement the state management flow for frontend , following the existing Clean Architecture flow and patterns.

Implemented frontend Redux state management with persistent storage.
Added Redux store, auth/layout reducers, actions, and sagas following the existing project pattern. The app now saves the full Redux state in localStorage through a shared storage service and restores it on refresh, so auth/session state remains available until logout.
