Description

After updating a recipe and publishing it, the system does not allow the associated Raw Material to be deleted instead just shows sucess message.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a recipe with a Raw Material.
• Publish the recipe.
• Update the recipe.
• Publish the updated recipe.
• Try to delete the Raw Material used in the recipe.

Actual Result

The Raw Material is not getting deleted after the recipe is updated and published.

Expected Result

The system should handle Raw Material deletion based on its current usage in the published recipe. If deletion is restricted due to recipe dependency, a proper validation message should be displayed explaining why the Raw Material cannot be deleted.After updating recipe if and the recipe is published , if trying to delete the raw material it is not deleting
