Add the ability for patients Implement API + UI integration to mark a retrieve all active consulted provider as Favorite providers for the logged-in patient and remove display them from favorites. This includes in the UI interaction, icon toggle behavior, and backend API integration. Acceptance Criteria: * Patient can mark a consulted provider as Favorite. * Patient can unmark a provider from Favorite. * Favorite icon updates instantly on toggle. * Favorite status is saved through API and persists on refresh. * Consulted provider card displays correct favorite state at all times. format shown.
