**Description:** 

 Allow Admin users to create and manage service packs. 

 **Requirements:** 

 * Create, edit, and deactivate service packs. 
 * Configure included quantities: 
 * Number of appointments 
 * Medicines 
 * Lab tests 
 * Define service pack validity period. 
 * Control service pack availability. 

 **Acceptance Criteria:** 

 * Admin can fully manage service packs. 
 * Service pack configurations are saved correctly. 
 * Deleted Deactivated service packs cannot be newly assigned.
