**Description:** In Manage Disbursement, the Filter by Client section displays “No client found” when no broker is selected, which is misleading. **Steps to Reproduce:** Navigate to Manage Disbursement Do not select any broker in Filter by Broker Observe the Filter by Client field **Expected Result:** The Filter by Client field should be disabled or prompt the user to select a broker first. **Actual Result:** The filter should display and can show no field shows “No client in dropdown list. found” even though a broker has not been selected. https://prnt.sc/giET1foKEz6l
