**Description:** Implement a complete patient consent management feature that allows administrators to configure consent requirements, integrate electronic signing, and ensure patients are reminded until consent is completed. This feature will serve as the foundation for consent-related workflows across the application. **Feature Scope:** * Ability to configure and manage patient consent requirements. * Electronic signing of consent forms using Panda Doc. DocuSign. * Enforcement of consent completion before appointments or treatment. * Automated reminders for patients who have not signed the consent form. * Visibility of consent status for Providers and Admin users. **User Flow:** * Admin configures consent form and enables consent requirement. * Patient is prompted to sign the consent form. * Patient completes electronic signature via Panda Doc. DocuSign. * System updates consent status upon successful signing. * If consent is not signed: * Patient receives reminder email. * Patient receives in-app notification. * Provider can verify consent status before proceeding with care. **Acceptance Criteria:** * Consent requirement can be configured centrally. * Signed consent is securely stored and retrievable. * Automated reminders are sent for pending consent daily if not signed. * Providers can clearly see consent status.
