Description:
Track all print and reprint actions for invoices without modifying the original invoice data. This ensures traceability and audit compliance for billing operations.

Acceptance Criteria:

Each print and reprint action is logged
Log includes invoice_id, timestamp, printer type (thermal/A4)
Reprint count can be tracked
Logging does not modify invoice data
Works in offline mode
