As a patient, I want to receive updates about my lab order status so that I stay informed at each step.

Acceptance Criteria :

• Notifications sent for each order event:

  Order Placed
  Lab Confirmed
  Results Uploaded

• All messages sent via email and SMS, containing clear status text and link to view order.

• Notification history visible in-app under Notifications panel.

Notes for QA :

• Verify notifications for each status event.
• Confirm delivery channels (email + SMS).
• Check message formatting and link behavior.
