User Story :
As a patient, I want to be notified when the lab confirms my test order so that I know my request has been accepted.

Acceptance Criteria :

• When partner lab confirms the order via API, system updates status to ‘Confirmed’.
• Internal billing process is triggered automatically.
• Patient receives email and SMS confirming the order, including lab name, order ID, and status.
• Confirmation details appear in patient dashboard.

Notes for QA :

• Simulate lab confirmation API callback.
• Check patient notification and order status update.
• Verify internal billing trigger occurs automatically.
