Enable users to electronically sign the consent form within the mobile application.
Requirements:
- Integrate electronic signing (WebView / SDK).
- Capture successful and failed signing events.
- Update consent status after signing.
- Sync signed status with backend.
Acceptance Criteria:
- User can sign consent on mobile.
- Consent status updates to Completed after signing.
- Failed signing shows proper error message.
- Behavior matches Web signing flow.
