Description:
After adding a new subscription plan from the Admin side, the plan does not appear on the Patient end.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in to the application as an Admin.
Add a new subscription plan.
Log in as a Patient.
Navigate to the subscription or plans section.
Expected Result:
The newly added subscription plan should be visible to the patient.
Actual Result:
The subscription plan added by the Admin is not reflected on the patient end.
