Description:
When applying the Filter by Loan in the Admin Loan module, all other data is displayed correctly, but the Policy Number shows an incorrect value from a previously searched record.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log in as an Admin.

Navigate to the Loan module.

Apply the Filter by Loan with a specific loan.

Observe the Policy Number displayed in the results.

Expected Result:
The Policy Number should correspond to the currently filtered loan data.

Actual Result:
The Policy Number displays a previously searched value instead of the correct one for the applied filter.
