Other emails are received even when notifications are disabled, except create and cancel loan emails

Description:
When all notification details are disabled, other email notifications are still received, except for loan creation and loan cancellation emails.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in as a Broker.
Navigate to Client > Add/Edit Client.
Disable all Notification Details (Email and WhatsApp).
Perform various actions, including loan creation and loan cancellation.
Expected Result:
No email notifications should be received when all notification details are disabled.
Actual Result:
Other email notifications are still received even when notifications are disabled, while loan creation and loan cancellation emails are not received.
